Located just a short walk from the train station, which was really convenient. The hotel had a lovely garden that was a haven for local wildlife, making it a peaceful and scenic spot. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed, which was a great bonus. Plus, there was a good selection of entertainment options to keep us entertained during our stay.
The decor did feel a bit tired and could have used some updating. It would have been helpful to have more detailed instructions on how to use the appliances.

Loved hiking nearby, although I had to fend off bugs. The holiday home had a garden view and even a dishwasher, because, you know, I hate doing dishes.
Bugs galore, they were my unwelcome companions throughout my stay.

This Easter, I had the best time staying at a fantastic house in a great location. The house was equipped with all the facilities you could ask for and even had some extra goodies to make our stay even more enjoyable. It was super clean and comfortable, with everything we needed right at our fingertips. The house was also in a prime location, with easy access to Balloch and its multitude of activities. Plus, it was a great base for exploring the beautiful outdoors. it was the perfect stay and I couldn't have asked for more.
The minimum 3-night stay requirement, which made it a bit difficult for those who just wanted a weekend getaway. But aside from that, everything else about the house and the location was absolutely wonderful.
